Poster Presentation Guidelines
- All poster presenters are encouraged to stand by their posters during the designated presentation time slots.
- The maximum size for poster materials is A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm, width × height).
- There is no fixed template or required style for the poster.
- All presenters must put up and remove their posters on time according to their assigned session schedule.
- Posters not displayed during the designated presentation time will not be considered for judging.
- Posters not removed by the specified removal time will be discarded by the organizers.
- Poster boards and adhesive tape will be provided. A sign indicating each poster number will be attached to the corresponding board.
- Poster boards will be arranged in the order listed in the final program (to be updated).
