Registration for ISIMP 2025 can be completed online, and payments can be made in both USD and KRW.
Online registration is available through the official website (www.isimp.org).
* By registering for ISIMP 2025, you will also have full access to the KPMI 2025 Fall Conference without any separate registration. (ISIMP 2025에 등록하시면, 별도로 추계학술대회에 등록하지 않아도 양 학술대회 모두 참석이 가능합니다.)

- No Refund of the Conference fee will be made after 17 October 2025.
- For Accompanying persons, participation is limited to the Banquet and two Lunches (conference sessions are not included).
- Those who wish to attend the scientific sessions are kindly requested to register as either a Regular or Student participant.
- The registration fee includes two lunches (on October 27 and 28) and one Banquet (on October 28).

- All bank charges for remittance must be borne by the registrant.
- Please note that the fee must be transferred under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
After on-line registration and the payment, you will receive the confirmation letter from the ISIMP 2025 secretariat via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the secretariat.
Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail.
All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
cancellation is made before October 17, 2025, 100% of the fee shall be refunded (*Excluding taxes and fees). Cancellations after October 17, 2025 are not refundable.
The registration fee is refundable after deduction of the necessary expenses that have already incurred.
